These Terms and Conditions are a mandatory part of the Campus Storage, LLC Order Form and Customer Agreement to which these Terms and Conditions are attached (collectively, the "Agreement"). The following paragraphs represent the agreement made between the customer ("Customer", "you" or "Student") and Campus Storage, LLC ("Campus Storage, LLC" or "The Company") for any services rendered. This Agreement is the complete and full understanding between you and Campus Storage, LLC regarding the Services you have ordered pursuant to the Agreement. Any other terms, conditions, warranties, guarantees, undertakings, understandings or representations whether express or implied by statute (insofar as such statute permits), common law or otherwise or arising from conduct or a previous course of dealing or trade custom or usage are hereby excluded from this Agreement. To the extent of any conflict between the terms of the Order Form and Customer Agreement and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall be controlling. The Company reserves the right to amend any portion of this service explanation at any time. To the extent of any conflict, these Terms and Conditions shall be controlling.

Storage Services:
Delivery of packing supplies along with pick-up of storage items at the Student's building during the scheduled pick-up time within the allotted pick-up period. Items will then be transported to a secure storage facility chosen at the sole discretion of Campus Storage, LLC. Student's items will then be returned to the appropriate building during the Customer's specified scheduled drop-off time within the allotted drop-off period. The Customer agrees to be present to receive the goods at the specified delivery date, time, and location. If Customer is unavailable at time of delivery, Customer may designate another adult person age 18 and over to sign off on Customer's behalf.

The Customer fully agrees that access to goods in storage is permitted only upon 10 days prior notice and payment of a non-refundable fee as per the Pricing section below. If the items must be delivered during a date and time not within the drop-off period, an additional fee may apply as per the Pricing section detailed below.

Changes to the previously scheduled delivery date and/or location must be communicated by the Customer to Campus Storage, LLC at least 15 days prior to the previously scheduled date and/or time. Changes made within 15 days cannot be guaranteed and are at the discretion of Campus Storage, LLC.

Campus Storage, LLC makes every effort to store belongings at a constant room temperature and in any event mold/mildew may still persist. The Company is in no way liable for any damage that may occur due to mold or inadequate ventilation.

Storage terms are a 3 month minimum. Pro rated refunds will be given after 3 months of storage. Refunds must be requested by the "Customer" to the "Company" via telephone or email within 30 days of a signed and confirmed delivery to be honored.

Shipping Services:
The Company acts only as an intermediary for the pick-up and delivery of the Customer's shipping items to Campus Storage, LLC's shipping carrier. The Customer agrees to provide Campus Storage, LLC with complete and accurate shipping address information. The Carrier will deliver the items to the address specified on the shipping labels approximately 10 business days after their pickup. Campus Storage, LLC is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. Shipping is defined as:

Once the package leaves the custody and care of The Company and is turned over to the Shipping Carrier.

If there is any loss or damage the Customer must contact Campus Storage, LLC, who will in turn, contact the Shipping Carrier. The Customer must contact Campus Storage, LLC within 14 days of such an event. Campus Storage, LLC will make every attempt to assist the Customer throughout this process, but The Company is in no way liable for damaged or lost items once shipped.

Payment:
The customer gives consent and agrees to pay the full bill amount at the time of pick-up. The Customer also agrees to pay any applicable fees as specified in this document or on the website which is subject to change without notice. In the event that a customer's payment cannot be authorized, payment in full must be made in order to receive their items.

Pick-up:
Pick-up date, time, and location will be assigned by Campus Storage, LLC in accordance with the requests made by the Customer. The pick-ups will generally start the weekend before the first scheduled Final Exam and end the weekend after the last Final Exam and are particular to each school and campus's final exam schedule. Any pick-up occurring outside of the offered times, pursuant to the specific schools final exam schedule will be subject to a nonrefundable out-of-window fee of $95.00 dollars. If the Customer is unable to be present at the scheduled time, the Customer must give a 48-hour notice to reschedule their pickup location, date, and time. If the reschedule falls outside of the free pick-up/delivery window, an additional non-refundable fee of $95.00 will be assessed.

Items packed improperly that require Campus Storage, LLC staff to repack, may incur additional fees according to time and packing materials necessary.

Pick-ups occurring outside a 5-mile radius of the College or University living area will be charged a nonrefundable rate of $5.00 dollars per mile traveled outside of the 5-mile radius.

Drop-off:
Drop-off date, time, and location will be assigned by Campus Storage, LLC in accordance with the requests made by the Customer. Drop-offs generally will begin the weekend before the first day of classes and end on the following weekend after the first day of scheduled classes particular to each school or campus.

Any drop-off falling outside of the free delivery time slot will be subject to a nonrefundable out-of-window fee of $95.00 dollars. Out of window fee subject to variablity upon school location. If a delivery attempt was unsuccessfully made by Campus Storage, LLC at the scheduled time and location, the Customer may;

Pick-up their items at the Campus Storage, LLC facility at The Company's convenience, contact The Company to request a redelivery to a specific location and time for a nonrefundable additional fee of $95.00 dollars or request that Campus Storage, LLC leave their items with a third party or at a designated location outside their area of housing. A signature from the third party, and/or oral/written authorization given by the Customer immediately relieves The Company of all liability for said items.

Drop-offs occurring outside a 5-mile radius of the College or University living area will be charged a nonrefundable rate of $5.00 dollars per mile traveled outside of the 5-mile radius.

Abandonment:
Campus Storage, LLC will use all acquired contact information (i.e. phone, email, etc) to figure out a means to return the Customer's belongings. If unsuccessful, The Company will hold the Customers belongings for 31 days. 31 days past signed contract of return date with no payment from the Customer, or other on Customer's behalf will constitute as abandonment of the Customer's belongings. At that point, Campus Storage, LLC assumes full ownership of the abandoned property. Abandoned property that becomes property of Campus Storage, LLC may be auctioned off to pay back any unpaid debts incurred by the Customer.

Insurance:
Campus Storage, LLC will immediately insure all items/boxes stored during the storage period, up to $100 dollars for Platinum Package holders. Additional insurance can be purchased at a nonrefundable cost of $1.00 per $100 dollars of insurance, up to a maximum $400 per item, and a total of $1,200 per Customer. All additional insurance must be purchased at the time of sign-up or Pick-up. Campus Storage, LLC does not insure against: Any intellectual property or intangible items (i.e. data files), heirlooms, fragile items, items composed of particle board or assembled furniture, improperly packed items, concealed damaged items, minor damage due to normal handling (i.e. scratches, nicks), damages due to natural disasters, mold or mildew, inadequate ventilation during storage, damage occurring while not in the possession of Campus Storage, LLC, perishable items, hazardous or illegal items, liquid items, explosive items, contaminated items, Shipping, and all damage occurring without evidence of physical damage to the exterior of the box or item.

Failure to notify a Campus Storage representative of items in boxes such as computers, televisions, musical instruments, other "un-box able", or fragile items as denoted in our un-box able item list will void insurance coverage. Fragile items and electronics that are in a box must be labeled "fragile" to validate insurance coverage.

Additional Fees:
Any box weighing over 50 lbs will be charged a nonrefundable fee of $20.00 dollars. A Campus Storage, LLC employee will make an estimate of the weight at the time of pickup, and will verify either on site or at The Company's storage facility. If a Customer needs access to a stored item between scheduled pick-up and drop-off times, they are required to give Campus Storage, LLC a minimum 5 days notice. Notifications made within 5 days cannot be guaranteed. An additional nonrefundable fee of $95.00 dollars will be charged as a retrieval fee. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged to those customers who have signed up, ordered supplies, received their supplies, and decided to cancel service. A one-time administrative fee of $14.95 will be applied on all orders.

Our Right to Access Boxes:
Campus Storage, LLC may open any of your boxes without providing you with any prior notice in cases of emergency, which would include, but are not limited to, situations when, in our discretion, we need to:

Make any repairs to the box or replace the box (however we are not obligated to repair or replace any boxes);

Locate and remove any property which appears to be seeping out of the box, or which appears to be emitting fumes or odors from the box, or which appears to be harming or endangering any other box or the property of any others;

Enforce the terms of this Agreement, including all our rights and remedies;

Security reasons;

Comply with any Court Order or applicable law or regulation. At all other times, we will provide you with reasonable notice prior to opening a box containing your belongings.

Customer Information:
You are required to notify us immediately of any changes to your name, address, contact information, credit card or checking account numbers, by contacting us at, Info@CampusStorage.net, or calling our 24hr hotline listed on the Contact Us section of the website. The Customer warrants that any personal information that he or she provides to Campus Storage, LLC is truthful, complete and accurate. If, as a result of your failure to provide us with updated information, The Company is unable to process any fees or charges payable under this Agreement, or if Campus Storage, LLC is unable to contact you in the event of an emergency, The Company may deem your property to have been abandoned, and dispose of any such property as provided herein.

The Customer hereby authorizes Campus Storage, LLC to obtain consumer reports, and any other information it deems necessary, for the purpose of evaluating Customer's application. Customer understands that such information may include, but is not limited to, credit history, civil and criminal information, records of arrest, rental history, employment/salary details, vehicle records, licensing records, and/or any other necessary information. Customer further understands that subsequent consumer reports may be obtained and used under this authorization in connection with an update, renewal, extension or collection with respect to or in connection with the Services for which this application was made.

Limitation on Liability:
YOU HAVE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR, AND BEAR ALL RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE BOXES AND THEIR CONTENTS, AND FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO YOUR PROPERTY OR TO THE PROPERTY OF OTHERS BY THE BOXES OR BY THEIR CONTENTS WHILE THE BOXES REMAIN IN YOUR POSSESSION, INCLUDING WHILE THE BOXES ARE ON YOUR DRIVEWAY OR LOADING DOCK, OR IN ANY HALLWAY OR ANY OTHER COMMON AREA OF YOUR RESIDENCE. SUBJECT TO THE SECTION ENTITLED INSURANCE, FOLLOWING PICK-UP OF YOUR BOXES FROM YOUR RESIDENCE UNTIL THE BOXES ARE DELIVERED TO YOU, CAMPUS STORAGE, LLC DOES NOT ASSUME ANY RISK FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE PERSONAL PROPERTY YOU HAVE PLACED IN THE BOXES FOR STORAGE, NO MATTER HOW THE LOSS OR DAMAGE MAY BE CAUSED, EXCEPT FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED DIRECTLY BY OUR GROSS NEGLIEGNCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, AND IN ANY EVENT THE COMPANY'S AGGREGATE MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES.

Failure to follow the previously mentioned guidelines will result in complete forfeit of your rights and loss of any insurance. If damage results due to the Customer's negligence and responsibility to conform to the Terms & Conditions as outlined they will forfeit all rights and will be held financially responsible for all damaged caused to their belongings, the facility, other stored items and any other property owned or cared for by Campus Storage, LLC.

Customer shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Campus Storage, LLC and its employees, agents and representatives from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees), arising out of, in connection with or related to the Services provided under this Agreement or any breach or default by Customer of any agreement, covenant, representation or warranty of Customer under this Agreement By signing/checking below you have fully read, understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions in its entirety. Once signed/checked the Customer is considered in contract with Campus Storage, LLC and the Customer foregoes all their rights as mentioned within The Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law: The laws of the State of California shall govern this Agreement, without regard for conflicts of law.
