What services does Campus Storage provide?
Campus Storage provides summer storage, extended storage, study abroad storage and shipping services for college students and the general public.
If my building has stairs can you carry furniture up and down stairs?
Absolutely! Our trained professionals are working to make your moving and storage experience hassle and stress free.
College Storage
How does the Campus Storage program work?
Our site team will deliver your packing materials 1 to 2 weeks before your pick up date. We will then pick up your items from your apartment or college dorm room and transport them to our secure storage facility. When you are ready to have your belongings delivered to your new residence, contact Campus Storage and we will arrange a delivery date that is convenient for you.
Can I store my furniture?
Yes!
Is there anything I cannot store?
You may not store cash, hazardous materials, liquids, firearms, or any perishable items. We do not recommend storing anything of extreme value.
What if I need my stored items in the middle of the summer?
Not a problem. You can call or email us 24 hours a day seven days a week and Campus Storage will deliver your belongings. If you want your items delivered on a date that is outside of the free delivery time frame you may be subject to an additional surcharge due to the cost of additional labor. Although you may have your items delivered in the middle of the summer you/the client, is still responsible for paying the three month minimum storage term.

Shipping from your University
Does Campus Storage provide shipping services?Yes. Campus Storage handles direct shipping from your college or university to your home.
How does the shipping service work?
Our on site team will come to your college dorm/apartment, pick up the items to be shipped, and transport them to our affiliated shipping company. Your belongings will then be shipped to the specified address.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost of shipping will depend on the number of items, weight, and destination.
Are there any limitations on where I can ship my belongings?
Campus Storage can ship everywhere in the continental U.S.
Can you ship furniture?
Campus Storage does not recommend shipping furniture due to the high costs.
Packing Materials
Do you provide packing materials?Yes. One to two weeks before your pick up date we will deliver your packing materials to your front door free of charge.
Pick Up and Delivery
How do I schedule a pick up time?Your pick up time will be specified on the sign up page when you register with Campus Storage. You may schedule this at a time that is convenient to your college schedule.
Can I change my pick up time?
Yes. You can call or email our main office anytime if you need to reschedule.
How do I choose a delivery date?
Campus Storage will email you towards the end of the summer to schedule a delivery date. You can also schedule a delivery anytime by clicking here.
If I live off campus can you pick up my things?
Yes. We can pick up your things free of charge if you live within five miles of your college or university campus. If you live outside of the five mile radius you may be subject to an additional surcharge.
Insurance
Are my items insured?You can purchase insurance for just one dollar for every $100 dollars of insurance per item. Max $400 per item and $1200 for the total order.
Pricing and Payment Methods
How much does your college storage service cost?The cost of storage is set on a per item basis. For a detailed breakdown of pricing, click the pricing link at the bottom of the page or the pricing link on the homepage. Shipping costs depend on the weight and destination of the item.
When do I pay for the service?
You pay at the time of your pick up.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
